DIRECTING

Mattia has Directed; 7 independent Short films, a Brand Video, 4 Social Impact films while working at Sorenson Impact and a Feature Documentary. Her films have won 8 awards, earned her 12 nominations and have been screened at over 30 film festivals around the world.

As of 2026 she has 2 short films in Pre-production, "After Life" & "Inclusivity at Grassroots" and her Feature Documentary, "ACE: As It's Dealt", is in Post-production. Telling the best story has always been what matters to Mattia. With her films her goal has always been to give a voice to those who otherwise wouldn't be heard and to show the world a reality they either know well or don't know at all, but in both cases she aims to capture the human experience.​
